The dinner train was fun and the food was ample, but not outstanding. The dessert was delicious. Large selection of wines which was nice. We had lunch on the dinner train and were really disappointed. The food and service were good, but the train ride part was a bust. It went only about five miles or so down the track and then reversed and went back to the station I would only recommend this to someone that would like to have a simple meal with a better view.
I would only recommend this to someone that would like to have a simple meal with a better view The dining car was vintage and so great. We rode for the lunch We had a very enjoyable train ride for dinner one evening. The food was very good and the Baked Alaska shaped like a locomotive was a hit with all of the diners. I highly recommend this to couples.
