Leaf Tickets are the premium currency of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp on iOS and Android and are the gateway to a bunch of exclusive items, and most importantly to buying your favorite new fortune cookies. The first thing you should do when looking for free Leaf Tickets is to check your Stretch Goals screen, found by tapping the Isabelle icon in the top right of Pocket Camp. And by short, we mean less than 15 seconds most of the time! Granted, they pay an appropriately low amount for each one, but because they are so short you can just answer them in your spare seconds while doing anything else without taking away your attention. Every major event in Pocket Camp always has a series of goals that reward some amount of Leaf Tickets, among other prizes.

At first glance, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp seems like a soothing, wholesome game for those of us in need of some respite from the endless onslaught of terrible things in the world. But, I am here to tell you that Pocket Camp will not bring you the antidote you so desperately crave. You will find yourself, like me, rueing the very day you downloaded the wretched game. For those unacquainted with Pocket Camp, it's part of Nintendo's Animal Crossing series about building a life in a village inhabited by anthropomorphic animals. Pocket Camp's premise is much the same, only your home base is a customisable campsite. The aim of the game is to ingratiate yourself with other animals so they'll come and hang out at your swanky campsite should it meet their exhaustive list of requirements. But, this game—while wonderfully calming and hopelessly addictive—is also downright infuriating.

Furniture in Pocket Camp can be both placed in campsites , and in campers. Unlike previous installments of the Animal Crossing series , the majority of the furniture is gained through crafting with Cyrus using materials received from villagers or by accomplishing goals. You may also purchase un-craftable items by visiting Timmy and Tommy at the Nookling Global stand in the Market Place , where there will be a rotating selection of three pieces at a time up for sale. Special events provide the opportunity to earn Limited Edition items that can be crafted using special materials introduced temporarily for the event. Sign In Don't have an account?

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Ver. Just like the previous ones, this new update brings more normal classes for Happy Homeroom all the way to Unfortunately, normal classes are not included, only Event Classes! Starting with Ver. This update brings a really useful feature: you can now register furniture and clothing items as Favourites, therefore preventing you from accidently selling them, giving them to Gulliver, etc.. Some items will automatically be registered as Favourites when you obtain them, but only for new ones: those that are already in your inventory will not be automatically registered you will have to do so manually.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is a perfectly serviceable entry into the series, until the new mobile game reminds you that could be spending money on it. Slider, then Isabelle, two fan favorite characters, who get you set up in your campsite. From there, things feel comfortingly familiar. You can earn bells by completing favors for villagers, and in turn you can use those bells to buy new clothes as well as some furniture to upgrade your campsite. The details of your arrival are different from game to game—in the most recent one, New Leaf , you become the mayor—but the overall goal is the same. You meet some animals, weed the weeds, and generally make your town a nice place to live. There are more explicit overtures towards the other games as well.
