A client has come to me saying when they send emails to anyone on a specific domain, it's being rejected with the following error:. I told the client it's a problem at their end rejecting the email for some reason, maybe aggressive content restrictions in place? They replied that they have already queried with the them and they have been assured it's a problem at our end.

Nowe this stops suddenly a few weeks aggo, when i'll try to sent a email the printer does'nt print. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. From the NDR message, I notice the message failed to be delivered due to some command is rejected. I would like to know whether the recipient someotherdomain. If I am right, please let me know the outbound mail flow. Please check the SMTP protocol log to check which command is rejected. In addition, please let me know whether the SBS server connects to remote mail server directly.

One of my clients sent an email to 4 users in the office from her gmail account. She got a rejection message from all 4 users:. Then she sent the same message to one person and it went through fine.
