Zac Brown is a country singer, songwriter, and bandleader, one of the brightest stars in a generation of performers set on changing the paradigm of the country music business. He's also a record producer, record label head, and philanthropist set on making the world a better place for as many people as possible. His first nationally distributed album, The Foundation, sold , copies within weeks of its release in late Brown was born in in Atlanta, Georgia, and grew up in Dahlonega, a small town in the north Georgia mountains. He was the 11th child in a family of 12 kids, and grew up in a split family.

Elliott Scheiner was the engineer. The lyrics are about a spiritual quest, typical of Morrison's work. Morrison remarked on the song and how its use of homophones lent it alternate meanings:. Originally I wrote it as 'Into the Misty'. But later I thought that it had something of an ethereal feeling to it so I called it 'Into the Mystic'.
